(BYP matches will be given priority when the events are running concurrently; expect the DYP to be split into an early and late bracket if we have more than 20 entrants).

Where: Jimmy's s Pro Billiards

100% payback plus $50 kick-in from vendor split across the two events.
$11** entry for each BYP;
$6 entry for... -beginners, -female foosers, -those with beginner partners, (foos guru discount) -and those that go 0-2 in the Early BYP.

* As Jimmy's closes at 1 am, I want to ensure we finish by 1 am.
** $1 of each entry fee goes to new balls/parts.

If you cannot make it by 3:45 for the bring, but can make it by 4:30 pm sharp, contact Skip or Wallis before sign ups to let them know you're coming and you can still enter the bring. (Call to enter by 7:00 if you can still make the draw by 8).

Classic Draw Your Partner Format:

ITSF rules in effect with the following revision:
- No rollovers allowed.

So it has finally come to this: after all the fancy shot-restrictions/incentives I've added to formats in five years of Monthlies, our Co-TD Jim Wallis has let the cat out of the bag with this one: the No Rollovers DYP!

Certain similar formats (by e.g. Warrior and ITSF) go by the prestigious name: 'Classic' Foosball. As a self-hating snake shooter, I prefer 'Spin-Free-DYP' or 'Anti-Venom DYP' or some other snake-bashing name....but to be clear, unlike some ITSF Classic versions, the only revision to standard rules that Wallis requested for his follow-up event is no snakes.

I think as long as Wallis is on a roll, he should require the ball to be served though the hole! And yes that rhymes, unintentionally, as are many of my shots.
