What: Bring Your Partner Foosball Tournament
Double Elimination on T-3000 Tornadoes
Dolney's Delight Draw Your Partner Tournament to follow

When: Saturday, April 7th
BYP Sign Ups close at 2:30 pm. First matches called at 3 pm.
Dolney's Delight DYP Sign Ups close at 6:00 pm.
First matches for the DYP at 6:30 pm. (or as tables open up from the bring).

Where: Mortimer's Pub and Restaurant
2001 Lyndale Ave. S Minneapolis

100% payback
$10 entry for both BYP and DYP;
$5 entry in both events for beginners, ladies, those with beginner partners in the BYP (fooz guru discount), and those that go 0-2 in the BYP.

Expect a split bracket (to ensure no-conflict with the bring) in the draw if there are more than 20 entries.

Parking is limited, so try to get there early. If you cannot make it by 2:45 for the bring, but can make it by 3:30 pm, contact Skip to let him know you're coming, and you can still enter the bring. (Txt by 5:45 to get entered in the draw if running late).

Dolney's Delight Rules:

Standard itsf rules apply, with the following exception:
-Make-it-take-it on bank shots from any rod!
That is, score a bank shot from the 3-rod, and the point is scored and the next ball is re-served to you on the 3-rod (mutatis mutandis for '2-rod' and '5-rod').

What counts as a 'bank shot' you say? Any advancement of the ball that hits a wall and then enters the goal without further possession. (It must hit the wall clean; no 'man banks'; but may 'slop' in thereafter).

What? No MN Cup?

The MN Cup is being postponed until we can secure a 4+ table location for it (hopefully Jimmy's in a few weeks....). Please contact Skip if you think you have an alternative venue for it.
